Q: Will my cookies, rice cereal treats or other items come individually wrapped?

A: Yes, they will! Your items will arrive at your door as fresh as they can possibly be. To aid in this, bake all of our items within 24 hours of shipment from the freshest ingredients and individually wrap each item to seal in the freshness.

Q: How fast can I receive my custom order?

A: It all depends on what is going on in the world when you order. Typically we can ship orders out within 48 hours of when an order is placed but on a more realistic scale, we recommend that you allow 5 days for us to prepare your custom order. Give us a call or email us though, we've worked near miracles for lots of people before. Shipping of course varies based on your location. We shiop our items via UPS in most instances and can expedite if necessary.

Q: Where does the artwork come from?

A: We create all of our custom artwork here at You on a Cookie. Want a caricature? Send us an image! Want a pencil sketch or ink sketch? Send us an image! We can create lots of interesting and unique artwork to place on your items and at no additional cost! You can't beat that, can you?

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum order amount?

A: We have a minimum order amount of 6 items - that's six cookies or six rice cereal treats or six grahams - you get the idea. As for a maximum, the bigger the better! All we ask is that you give us enough time to complete your order - we will NEVER sacrifice quality and creativity for speed or quantity. Never.

Q: Can you gift wrap and ship my order directly to my customer or loved one?

A: Absolutely. We love gift orders and have a fun time doing them!
